Dr. Rosemond, affectionately known as Rosie, is the visionary CEO of Rosie’s Library, LLC. Her fitness journey began at the age of 11, evolving over the years as she became an instructor in Pilates, yoga, chair exercise, and aerobics, while also serving as a Wellness Champion. Rosie shares how fitness became an integral part of her life in her inspiring book, Rosie Goes to College: A Set Up for Success.
As a devoted mother, Rosie not only maintained her active lifestyle but also played a pivotal role in supporting her son as he explored his passions in ice hockey, football, and lacrosse. Ultimately, ice hockey became his sport of choice, leading the family on countless journeys across the U.S. and Canada. Rosie embraced her role as a dedicated Hockey Mom, gaining valuable insights into resilience, teamwork, and balance.
With decades of experience navigating victories and setbacks, building physical and mental strength, and fostering a spirit of perseverance, Rosie has returned to champion wellness and fitness lifestyles. She leads a dynamic team of seasoned athletes who offer mentoring, support, and prayer to athletes of all ages. Together, they are dedicated to spreading the message that "Well-being is Success."
