Rosie’s Fitness: Faith, Fitness, and Excellence" Program Pillars
The Gym is My Happy Space
Have you ever wondered how a simple space—a gym, a field, a rink—can become more than just a place to sweat? What if it became the birthplace of your resilience, your sanctuary for growth, or the foundation of your greatest victories?
Dr. Marie-Michelle Rosemond, affectionately known as Rosie, knows this truth firsthand. The visionary CEO of Rosie’s Library, LLC, Rosie’s fitness journey began at the tender age of 11. What started as a childhood curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion, transforming her into an instructor of Pilates, yoga, chair exercise, and aerobics, and even a Wellness Champion. But for Rosie, fitness is more than just movement—it's a metaphor for life itself.
What happens when we blend the physical, mental, and spiritual?
In her inspiring book Rosie Goes to College: A Set Up for Success, Rosie reveals how fitness became the compass that guided her through life’s triumphs and challenges. Her core mission is clear: to empower athletes of all ages and levels to thrive in their sports by fusing physical conditioning, mental resilience, and spiritual growth through coaching, support, and prayer.
The Three Pillars of Her Program:
Mental Resilience
How do you overcome fear when the game is on the line?
Rosie’s programs teach techniques to sharpen focus, build determination, and conquer performance anxiety. Through mindset coaching and sports psychology seminars, athletes learn tools like visualization and goal-setting to stay positive under pressure.Spiritual Growth
What role does faith play in the heat of competition?
Rosie’s Prayer Circles and Devotional Guides offer athletes and their families a space to reflect, connect, and draw strength from scripture. She invites guest speakers—Christian athletes and coaches—to inspire with stories of perseverance, teamwork, and unwavering faith.Engagement & Community
How do you build strength as a team, not just an individual?
From in-person classes at fitness centers to virtual training and prayer sessions, Rosie ensures accessibility for athletes everywhere.

A Passion for Powerlifting
Rosie’s love for powerlifting adds another layer to her inspiring journey. She has broken multiple records in the state of Georgia for deadlift, squat, and bench press—a testament to her relentless dedication and strength. Rosie holds memberships in elite powerlifting federations, including 365 Strong World Powerlifting Federation, the United States Powerlifting Association, and the United Powerlifting Association. Her achievements on the platform mirror her philosophy off it: that through hard work, resilience, and faith, we can lift more than just weights—we can lift each other.
From Hockey Mom to Wellness Leader
As a devoted mother, Rosie embraced an active lifestyle while raising her son, a dedicated athlete. Supporting his journey through ice hockey, football, and lacrosse meant countless hours spent at practices and games across the U.S. and Canada. Ultimately, her son chose ice hockey, and through this experience, Rosie learned profound lessons about balance, resilience, and teamwork.
With decades of personal victories, setbacks, and the unwavering belief in the power of perseverance, Rosie has emerged as a champion for wellness. Today, she leads a dynamic team of seasoned athletes who mentor, support, and pray alongside athletes of all ages. Together, they spread the message that “Well-being is Success.”
Why Does This Matter?
Because fitness is more than a personal goal—it’s a movement, a mindset, and a ministry.
Imagine this: What if every athlete had the tools to master their mental game, build unshakable faith, and train their body to its peak potential? How many more victories—on and off the field—could be achieved?
Rosie’s story proves that the gym isn’t just a happy space—it’s a sacred one, where transformations happen, not just physically but spiritually and emotionally.
Invite Rosie to inspire your community—schools, sports teams, or organizations—and watch the ripple effect of her passion and wisdom. She will leave your audience empowered, focused, and ready to embrace the belief that success begins with well-being.
Thank you to my Coaches and fitness community.
Because of you, I smiled often, laughed daily, and dared to dream big dreams.
